Position Overview
Blooma is seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist to join our growing Product Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a technical mindset and a strong operational focus, helping to bridge the gap between product development, customer support, and business operations. The right candidate will assist with API documentation, data imports, system configurations, and business intelligence updates while ensuring a smooth internal knowledge base and product support process. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and improving operational efficiency within a SaaS environment. While prior commercial real estate lending or fintech experience is preferred, we are looking for a proactive individual with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work across teams. General Tasks & Responsibilities: Product & System Support Maintain and update internal product documentation and knowledge bases. Assist the development team with API descriptions and integrations. Support client onboarding, including bulk data imports and updates. Configure user management and silo configurations within the system. Data & Configuration Management Create and update templates for internal and external use. Assist in maintaining and updating business intelligence (BI) dashboards. Configure Deal Score and Comp Ranking systems based on business needs. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Research and assist customer support teams with technical issues experienced by users. Independently troubleshoot configuration issues, API interactions, and bulk data processes. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve operational workflows. Required Experience & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a technical operations, product support, or similar role. Knowledge of APIs and ability to assist with API descriptions and integrations. Experience in data imports , bulk updates , and system configurations . Strong proficiency in Excel VBA macros. Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and research solutions. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with BI dashboards and reporting. Preferred: Background in commercial real estate (CRE) lending, underwriting, or fintech. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree required and a plus in a related field (Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, etc.).
