Senior Manager, Integration Solutions Engineers
We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Integration Solutions Engineers to lead the team responsible for translating client needs and data into business outcomes. This includes onboarding clients, delivering high-quality data integrations, and ensuring scalable, efficient delivery of our data solutions. You’ll play a key leadership role in shaping our integration strategy, reducing time-to-value for new clients, and building a high-performing team at the intersection of client success, technical delivery, and data expertise. This is a managerial role focused on people leadership, process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic prioritization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-impact team of Data Solutions Consultants

  • Embed AI-driven tooling and workflow automation to boost team productivity and focus on higher-value work

  • Own workforce planning and capacity modeling: forecast demand, define utilization targets, and align delivery with pipeline growth

  • Drive accountability through data: establish measurable OKRs, lead regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and use real-time dashboards to identify coaching opportunities

  • Standardize delivery practices: document best practices, enforce quality standards, and drive continuous process improvements

  • Track and optimize team KPIs and delivery metrics to improve throughput and consistency

  • Launch a paid Integration Professional Services offering, including defining service tiers, pricing, and SLAs

  • Define and evolve our client data integration strategy to scale with business growth

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align integration tools, APIs, and workflows with customer and internal needs

  • Apply technical expertise (especially around APIs, data mapping, and transformation) to influence architecture and delivery practices

  • Improve and standardize client onboarding and integration processes to accelerate implementation timelines

  • Identify blockers and propose scalable solutions to reduce friction in setup and delivery

  • Act as a key liaison between Data Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams

  • Represent your team’s voice in strategic planning, escalation handling, and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in data integration, implementation consulting, or technical client delivery

  • 2+ years in a people management or team leadership role

  • Proven success leading technical, client-facing teams in high-growth or B2B SaaS environments

  • Strong knowledge of APIs, data mapping, transformation, and data flow architecture

  • Demonstrated success driving delivery excellence through process, automation, and tooling

  • Experience managing KPIs, OKRs, and operational dashboards to track performance

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and outcome-oriented

  • Experience with headcount planning, utilization modeling, and roadmap management

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Background in banking or financial systems integration is a plus

  • Familiarity with client onboarding in complex data environments

  • Preference for candidates local to Nashville or open to travel up to 50%

Built’s salary range for this position is $185,000 - $215,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees.
