We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and results-oriented professional to join our Strategic Initiatives team. In this highly visible role, you will help shape and implement initiatives that support the organization's long-term strategy and drive transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Projects: Manage cross-functional, enterprise-level strategic initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Conduct In-Depth Analyses: Perform comprehensive financial and operational analysis to inform decision-making and business case development
  • Develop Executive Communications: Create and deliver high-quality executive presentations, status updates, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Facilitate Strategic Planning: Design and lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather input, shape solutions, and drive consensus on strategic directions
  • Leadership: Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track initiative progress against KPIs, identify risks, and recommend course corrections to ensure successful outcomes
  • Translate Complex Concepts: Simplify and communicate complex ideas into actionable insights and strategic roadmaps for diverse audiences.
  • Support Change Management: Collaborate with functional organizations to ensure successful adoption and implementation of strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or a combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent experience in a corporate strategy or transformation role
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data, generate insights, and articulate findings to senior audiences
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to navigate and build relationships across diverse teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience working in or with strategy teams
  • Project Management Frameworks: Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Change Management: Exposure to corporate innovation, digital transformation, or change management initiatives
