Job summary
Join Candescent’s Ecosystem Operations team as an Integration Enablement Manager. In this role, you'll lead and coordinate integrations between Candescent’s Online Banking platform and third-party Fintech partners. You’ll be the primary liaison for partners integrating through our Developer Hub or collaborating via our Marketplace, enabling secure and scalable connectivity through technologies like SAML SSO, OIDC, APIs, and more.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for Fintech partners integrating with our Online Banking solution.
Manage integration projects using standard connectivity mechanisms including SAML SSO, OIDC, and APIs.
Coordinate with Integration Engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and multi-tenant solutions.
Lead SSO certification efforts to enable reusable connections across multiple clients.
Support onboarding and technical assistance for Fintech’s leveraging NCR’s API Portal.
Facilitate vendor connectivity for imaging products such as check images, deposit slips, and online statements.
Handle contractual discussions including NDAs and vendor agreements.
Maintain yearly certificate renewals for SAML SSO connections.
Develop SOPs and technical templates to streamline delivery for downstream teams.
Track and report on integration progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure successful integrations.
Qualifications
Experience in project management, especially in integration or partner enablement roles.
Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC) and API-based integrations.
Proven ability to support both vendor and customer-facing initiatives in a SaaS environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
Background in Fintech or banking technology preferred.
Familiarity with Developer Hubs, Marketplaces, and partner ecosystems.
Experience working alongside technical teams to deliver integration solutions.
Knowledge of vendor certification processes and third-party risk management.
