The Opportunity

Candescent is scaling fast, and modern marketing depends on intelligence. The Senior Director of Marketing Ops & Intelligence will architect and optimize the systems, processes, and insights that power our marketing engine. This leader will ensure our MarTech stack, automation, attribution, and digital properties operate as a cohesive, data-driven growth system—while pushing the frontier on how AI elevates marketing performance.

This role is based in our Atlanta HQ or U.S. remote (with regular travel to Atlanta) reporting directly to the CMO, this is a high-impact role at the center of Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product. You’ll enable the team to move faster, measure better, and continuously improve.

What You’ll Do

  • Marketing Operations Leadership: Own strategy, governance, and execution of marketing operations and intelligence across the organization.
  • MarTech & Automation: Oversee the technology stack (CRM, MAP, ABM, analytics), ensuring best-in-class integration and usage.
  • Attribution & Insights: Establish attribution models and performance dashboards that deliver clarity on pipeline, ROI, and budget allocation.
  • Digital Experience (.com): Lead strategy, optimization, and performance of Candescent.com as a primary growth and conversion engine.
  • AI & Intelligence: Champion adoption of AI-powered tools across marketing workflows—campaign optimization, personalization, lead scoring, analytics—delivering measurable efficiency and lift.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Align with Sales Ops, Finance, and IT to drive a unified revenue operations ecosystem.
  • Scalable Foundations: Create processes and governance models that allow marketing to scale efficiently and intelligently.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing operations or revenue operations leadership.
  • Deep expertise with MarTech and automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, ABM, analytics).
  • Strong command of attribution and funnel analytics; proven ability to deliver insights that shape executive decisions.
  • Experience managing digital properties and driving measurable conversion improvement.
  • Track record of using process, data, and technology to deliver marketing performance gains.
  • Curiosity and experimentation with AI tools, paired with a clear vision for AI’s role in scaling marketing.
  • Executive presence with the ability to operate as both strategist and hands-on operator.
