Job Description:

Working with product managers to define, develop, and refine the requirements of a complex software product and manage them in the product Roadmap and Backlogs; Defining, clarifying, and prioritizing user stories; Working with product managers and development teams to understand use cases, features, business and technical domain rules, and product goals; Collaborating with the scrum masters to run successful PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Reviews; Collaborating with development teams to produce functionally and technically focused user stories and engineering tasks to ensure accuracy and feasibility; Attending all Development team Agile ceremonies; Collaborating and coordinating with other product teams with interdependencies input to the strategic vision for the product; Providing status and training to end to end teams on product enhancements; Creating necessary product enhancement documentation including internal and external release notes and feature guides; Participating in pilot activities when required, including providing feature documentation and test plans, researching identified issues, creating user stories if required; The position may require travel domestically up to one (1) percent of the time. The position requires supervision of zero (0) employees. The position is eligible for part-time telecommuting.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent* in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field and followed by six (6) years of progressive experience in a systems analysis or development occupation. Experience must include:

  • Six (6) years of experience collaborating with the scrum masters to run successful PI planning and reviews.
  • Six (6) years of experience working with product managers and development teams to understand use cases, features, business and technical domain rules, and product goals.
  • Six (6) years of experience defining, clarifying, and prioritizing user stories.
  • Six (6) years of experience defining, developing, and refining requirements of complex software products.

*Any combination of education that has been evaluated by a professional credentials evaluation service to be the equivalent of an U.S. degree will be accepted.
