We are currently seeking an HR Onboarding & Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence and enhancing our HR infrastructure. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities across the employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on onboarding, HR Systems, project support, and employee experience. Collaboration with the broader HR team is essential to ensure the successful execution of global initiatives and the continuous improvement of region-specific process improvements.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Conduct new hire orientation; provide ongoing support to new hires as needs and questions arise during their assimilation process. Continually seek out ways to enhance a positive and consistent onboarding experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide operational and administrative support to our team on a broad range of tasks throughout the lifecycle of an employee.
- Handle employee inquiries by educating and recommending solutions or escalating appropriately.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all HR employee data and make sure we have up-to-date documentation for all our employees.
- Workday projects, reporting and analytics
- Actively contributes to projects and initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency and capacity of the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
- 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Innately collaborative and deadline driven, even while under pressure in a fast-paced, change- infused environment.
- Enthusiasm for the potential of AI and a proactive approach to integrating AI tools into everyday work.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Previous experience with SharePoint is a plus.
- General knowledge of all areas of Human Resources.
- Previous experience with Workday HCM or similar HR platforms.
- Experience within the software industry or in a private equity-backed company is preferred.
- Proven track record of driving initiatives with little supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a critical eye for process optimization.
