Job Description:

Train the US-based application development team on integrating the Professional Services Applications (PSA) into Relational Database Service (RDS) components using PSA Platform architecture. Work directly with US clients and their third-party partners as a Professional Services (PS) Consultant to integrate new NCR PSA RDS Database Components into client systems. Work with NCR Digital Banking architecture team, based in Atlanta, to rearchitect PSA RDS Database architecture. Provide direct PS consultant support response to clients during business hours. Perform design and development of customized PSA RDS Database components according to project requirements. Respond to warnings/alerts/24/7 on-call support concerning PSA RDS databases. Evaluate customer requests/estimate effort to develop solutions. Provide technical assistance to other RDS Database Developers as needed. Analyze and troubleshoot system issues promptly. Architecture processes to deploy/build new Virtual machines using GitHub terraforms/yaml process. Architecture methods and Standard Operating Procedures for using new solutions. Perform Plaid Instant Account Validations. Implement advanced fraud detection solutions. Conduct Business banking external transfers. Other duties as assigned. Position is eligible for part-time telecommuting

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent* in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field, followed by six (6) years of progressive experience in an IT Database Development occupation.

Experience includes:

• Six (6) years of experience in Oracle Database.
• Demonstrated knowledge** of the internal architecture of the Professional Services Applications (PSA) RDS.

*Any combination of education that has been evaluated by a professional credentials evaluation service to be the equivalent of an U.S. degree will be accepted. **Knowledge may be demonstrated through coursework, training, or experience. Any and all knowledge may be gained concurrently.
