Software Engineer III (f/t)

Job Description:

Developing APIs for delivering campaigns, aggregation, and metric information to interested parties. Installing and configuring microservice applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS) using Docker, MongoDB, Lambda, S3, Cognito, and DynamoDB. Participating in and following Agile processes and Design Thinking to create and implement new improvements to the NCR D3 Business Intelligence (BI) product. Writing application code and unit tests to ensure code quality. Documenting software features/modifications through test cases. Other duties as necessary. The position requires travel domestically and internationally up to two (2) percent of the time. The position is eligible for full-time telecommuting and may be performed from anywhere in the United States.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent* in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field and 4 years of experience in a systems analysis or development occupation.

Experience must include:

• Four (4) years of experience with Java coding.
• Four (4) years of experience utilizing Object-oriented Design principles.
• Four (4) years of experience with SQL coding.
• Four (4) years of experience utilizing open-source testing using JUnit.
• Four (4) years of experience with Agile Methodologies.

OR

Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent* in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field and two (2) years of experience in a systems analysis and/or development occupation. Experience must include:

• Two (2) years of experience with Java coding.
