Candescent is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Enterprise Partner Relationship Owner to manage strategic relationships with our larger, enterprise-level partners. These are not marketplace FinTechs—they’re established organizations that play a critical role in our broader ecosystem and customer delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who has managed complex external partnerships before and understands how to navigate cross-functional collaboration, program management, and long-term relationship building. You’ll ensure partners are onboarded thoroughly, supported consistently, and engaged in a way that reflects their strategic importance. You’ll work closely with internal teams to track performance, resolve issues, and evolve our enterprise partner strategy based on data and feedback. This is a high-impact role for someone who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and energized by helping great companies thrive in a structured, scalable way.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Own the relationship lifecycle for enterprise partners, ensuring alignment with Candescent’s strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Manage onboarding and enablement processes, ensuring partners meet all requirements and are set up for success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise partners, providing proactive support and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, legal, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and ongoing engagement.
  • Monitor partner performance and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, processes, and communications that support a consistent and scalable partner experience.
  • Help shape the enterprise partner program, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand impact.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, business development, or program management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale external partnerships, ideally with enterprise technology or financial services firms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics and customer expectations.

Preferred Distinctions

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platform businesses.
  • Familiarity with onboarding workflows, CRM tools, and partner enablement strategies.
  • Background in strategic planning, account management, or ecosystem development.
  • Passion for helping partners succeed and grow.
