We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Readiness Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for our sales organization. This role is responsible for equipping both new hires and tenured team members with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to consistently win in the market. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to ensure our sales team is aligned, prepared and continuously developing. The role will work closely with Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams.
