We are seeking an experienced Manager, Fintech Ecosystem Operations to lead a growing team responsible for enabling seamless integrations and supporting the developer ecosystem for fintech partners. This role oversees both technical and non-technical resources, driving operational excellence across DevHub, Marketplace, and related platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, technical understanding, and process management skills to ensure successful onboarding, certification, and support for fintech vendors and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Manage a hybrid team of Integration Engineers, Enablement Managers, and Support Specialists.
• Provide coaching, career development, and performance management for direct reports.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
• Define clear goals, KPIs, and expectations for the team.

Operational Oversight

• Own day-to-day operations for DevHub and Marketplace, including onboarding, certification, and support processes.
• Ensure documentation and processes are aligned and scalable across developer portals, APIs, SDKs, and Marketplace.
• Administer back-end datasets powering Marketplace and maintain data integrity.
• Oversee AppConnect administration and partner portal support.

Integration & Technology Enablement

• Drive certification and support for new technologies (OIDC, APIs, SDKs, SAML, etc.).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define processes for onboarding emerging technologies.
• Ensure engineers follow best practices for integration and certification.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Alliances teams to support fintech onboarding and integration.
• Work with Sales and Customer Care to transition support processes and provide technical guidance.
• Report on KPIs, team health, and project status to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing technical and operational teams in fintech or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies (SAML, APIs, SDKs, web technologies).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Distinctions

• Experience with developer portals, API management platforms, or AppDirect.
• Background in digital banking or financial technology.
