The Senior Support Analyst is passionate in creating delighted clients, responsible for providing client centric, highly responsive, and high-quality technical support for Candescent software products. The Senior Support Analyst delivers effective technical client support to our growing client base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users. The role is generally assigned to work with specific customers to have a deep understanding of the customer’s environment and functionality.
