The Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Manager, ABM / Integrated Campaigns will play a critical role in driving Candescent’s growth by designing and executing account-based and integrated marketing programs that accelerate pipeline, deepen buyer engagement, and support revenue outcomes across priority segments and accounts.

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, Content, and Marketing Operations to deliver always-on, data-driven ABM and integrated campaign experiences. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for a marketer who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is energized by turning insight into action.

What You’ll Do

  • ABM & Integrated Campaign Strategy: Own the development and execution of ABM and integrated campaign programs across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many motions.
  • Tight Field Marketing Interlock: Translate business priorities and sales objectives from Field Marketers into scalable, outcome-driven marketing programs for target accounts and segments—aligning programs with territory plans and pipeline goals.
  • Account & Buyer-Centric Execution: Partner on the design and evolution of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), segmentation, and buyer journey mapping.
  • Campaign Orchestration: Activate integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels including paid media, website personalization, email, social, direct mail, and events, and the power user for GTM platform.
  • Campaign Optimization & Measurement: Use data and insights to continuously optimize targeting, channel mix, and messaging. Partner with Analytics and Marketing Operations to define KPIs, measure ROI, and communicate impact.
  • Operational Excellence & Innovation: Improve processes related to campaign execution, reporting, and approvals. Identify automation and experimentation opportunities to increase scale and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a trusted partner across Product Marketing, Digital, Content, Field, and Customer Marketing teams.
  • Project Management and Prioritization: Manage timelines, stakeholder expectations, and varying priorities across teams.

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience with deep expertise in ABM, integrated campaigns, or demand generation.
  • Proven success executing ABM programs across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many approaches.
  • Experience developing ICPs, segmentation strategies, and buyer journey frameworks.
  • Strong partnership with Sales in a matrixed environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline impact and ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Alignment with Candescent’s mission and values.
