- Develop and implement a multi-year HRIS roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency through automation.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems in collaboration with HR leadership and IT teams, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other platforms.
- Oversee configuration, optimization, and governance of Workday across all modules.
- Evaluate and implement new Workday features and functionality.
- Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, and ERP systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
- Design and maintain effective data governance processes across HR systems.
- Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Build dashboards and advanced reporting for leadership.
- Provide insights to support workforce planning and strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology.
- Drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational priorities.
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 HRIS analysts.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 7–10 years in HR technology or HRIS roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday and other HR platforms (ATS, LMS). Strong understanding of data management and analytics.
- Startup Experience: High-growth or startup environment experience preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive change.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or Workday certifications are a plus.
