Role Purpose
The Enterprise Agile Coach operates within the Agile CoE domain, responsible for scaling agile leadership capability, consistency, and systemic learning across multiple Product Groups within the portfolio.
This role focuses on enterprise enablement and behavior change, not delivery ownership. The Enterprise Agile Coach works through coaching, influence, and system insight to support the adoption and effective use of Radiance—Candescent’s enterprise Ways of Working—at scale, under the direction of the Agile CoE Principal Agilist, who owns enterprise-level Agile system coherence and evolution.
Radiance represents how Candescent plans, funds, delivers, inspects, and continuously improves its customer-facing products and platforms. It is not a framework to implement, but the company’s living operating model.

Strong systems thinking across Product Groups, value streams, and organizational design
Ability to influence without authority in complex, matrixed environments
Pragmatic, outcome-oriented, and context-driven approach
Note: Experience limited to internal IT, internal tooling, or purely back-office software development environments is not sufficient for this role.

Prior partnership with Portfolio Management, VMO, or Product Operations
