Title: Enterprise Agile Coach

Experience : 10 years - 15 Years
Location Hyderabad

Role Purpose

The Enterprise Agile Coach operates within the Agile CoE domain, responsible for scaling agile leadership capability, consistency, and systemic learning across multiple Product Groups within the portfolio.

This role focuses on enterprise enablement and behavior change, not delivery ownership. The Enterprise Agile Coach works through coaching, influence, and system insight to support the adoption and effective use of Radiance—Candescent’s enterprise Ways of Working—at scale, under the direction of the Agile CoE Principal Agilist, who owns enterprise-level Agile system coherence and evolution.

Radiance represents how Candescent plans, funds, delivers, inspects, and continuously improves its customer-facing products and platforms. It is not a framework to implement, but the company’s living operating model.

Scope & Operating Context

  • Scope spans multiple Product Groups within the portfolio

  • Operates horizontally across Product, Engineering, Design, and enabling functions

  • Works in close partnership with:

  • Delivery-domain Agilists (e.g., Product Group Lead Agilists)

  • VMO-domain Agilists (e.g., Portfolio Demand & Delivery Managers)

  • Accountable for capability building and consistency, not system ownership

  • Operates in a private-capital-backed fintech environment with high expectations for leverage, clarity, and measurable improvement

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Coaching & Leadership Enablement

  • Coach senior leaders, managers, and product leadership on enterprise agility, flow, and execution health

  • Enable leadership teams to connect strategy to execution through coherent operating patterns defined by Radiance

  • Support leaders in navigating trade-offs, dependencies, and systemic constraints across Product Groups

Agile Capability Building (Agile CoE Domain)

  • Build and scale Agile capability across Product Groups through coaching, targeted workshops, and enablement

  • Reinforce consistent application of Radiance as Candescent’s Ways of Working, while allowing contextual adaptation

  • Mentor senior Agilists across Delivery and VMO domains, raising overall capability and credibility

System Insight & Continuous Improvement

  • Observe and diagnose systemic impediments across structure, process, incentives, and behaviors

  • Partner with peer Agilist leaders to drive root-cause resolution

  • Support enterprise-level Inspect & Adapt cycles using meaningful performance signals grounded in Radiance

Communities of Practice & Learning

  • Shape and support Communities of Practice as a scaling and learning mechanism

  • Enable cross-Product Group learning and reuse of effective patterns within Radiance

  • Capture insights that inform the evolution of Candescent’s Ways of Working

Change & Transformation Support

  • Act as a trusted advisor during organizational change and operating-model evolution

  • Help leaders sequence and absorb change sustainably across Product Groups

  • Translate change intent into practical, leader-led action consistent with Radiance

Explicit Role Boundaries (Non-Responsibilities)

The Enterprise Agile Coach does not:

  • Own delivery outcomes, commitments, or execution plans

  • Act as a Scrum Master, Release lead, or delivery manager

  • Own portfolio intake, prioritization, or lean governance

  • Define or unilaterally evolve Radiance

Required Experience & Capabilities

  • 10+ years in Agile, Lean, or product delivery roles supporting customer-facing product development

  • Demonstrated experience working with product-led, market-facing teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Design

  • Proven experience coaching leaders and leadership teams in product delivery contexts

  • Strong systems thinking across Product Groups, value streams, and organizational design

  • Ability to influence without authority in complex, matrixed environments

  • Pragmatic, outcome-oriented, and context-driven approach

Note: Experience limited to internal IT, internal tooling, or purely back-office software development environments is not sufficient for this role.

Preferred Background

  • SaaS, fintech, payments, or regulated product environments

  • Experience delivering commercial or customer-facing platforms

  • Experience in private-equity-backed or carve-out environments

  • Prior partnership with Portfolio Management, VMO, or Product Operations

  • Relevant certifications valued but not required
