Position Summary
Candidate will be part of the IT Command Center team, responsible for monitoring internal system dashboards and responding to network, application, and infrastructure alerts. Candidate must be proficient in technical troubleshooting, facilitating bridge lines, and engaging resources to support a wide array of application workloads in multiple cloud and on-prem environments. Candidate will be involved in the management of ticket-based work. Candidate must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Individual will be responsible for managing communications via email and respond to phone calls from US-based customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Candidate must have a flexible schedule, including weekend support.
