Senior AI Designer

AI Platform Role Summary At Candescent AI Platform team, we are seeking an experienced, self-starting and innovative AI Senior Designer who is a system thinker, focusing on translating strategic concepts, AI behaviors, and AI design patterns into cohesive, elegant product experiences by designing reusable components that scale across multiple platforms. As a key member of our AI design team, you will work hand-to-hand with product managers, researcher, content writers, engineers to design and build next generation AI banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX projects and drive overarching UX strategy
• Uphold experience design (XD) processes and collaborate closely with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions that align with the product's visual and experiential direction
• Execute all stages of visual design, from initial concept through engineering design reviews
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-centered design approach to complex design challenges.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate design and interaction concepts
• Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback to guide design improvements • Contribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards Experience/Skills
• +7 years of experience crafting and shipping scalable, Multi-platform UX design, or product design for consumer products.
• +1 year of experience crafting and leading user experience designs for AI-powered products or features.
• Experience owning end-to-end UX design from concept and discovery to clean, intuitive user flows and final visual design.
• Highest level of visual design craft and system thinking.
• Ability to create, refine and evolve interaction design with usability mindset and highest level of clarity holistically for all user scenarios and edge cases.
• Well-verse with building productive collaboration, establishing healthy partnership with cross functional teams and making collaborative decisions from concept to delivery.
• Proficiency in Figma, Figma Jam, Figma Make, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or similar design and prototyping tools

• Experience designing for fintech, finance or baking industry
• Experience using AI tools for design inspiration
• Experience using AI tools for prototypes
• Vibe-coding experience with rapid prototypes
