We’re looking for an Analyst to join the Strategic Finance team! This high impact role will play a critical role in Capitolis’ financial and investment strategies and play an active role in the execution and measurement of strategic objectives. This role is 5-days a week in-office and will be located in our New York City HQ, one block from Grand Central and Bryant Park.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to establish new processes, standards, and analyses
  • Drive financial improvements to scale reporting and automation
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform decision-making on pricing strategies, capital allocation, and new product launches
  • Support fundraising, M&A, and investor relations activities
  • Translate complex data into compelling dashboards and reports for executive leadership, the board of directors and investors

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in investment banking, consulting or financial planning and analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or other business-related degrees
  • Experience with M&A is not required, but preferred
  • High proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft products
  • High proficiency in financial modeling, sensitivity analysis and data visualization
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex datasets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

The target annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $130,000 and is dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills. In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role includes an annual discretionary bonus and company equity. This role is also eligible to participate in company-sponsored benefits and perks.
