About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Product Lead to take ownership of Link, our core user-facing experience.
You will be responsible for the complete product lifecycle, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product used by hundreds of thousands of businesses.
Based in London and reporting to our VP Product in New York, this role requires a high degree of autonomy and ownership. You will be acting as the vital link between our commercial, customer success and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional user and client experience.
About the Product: Link
Link is the data sharing workflow for banks and financial service providers. It is a headless UI and onboarding flow that our clients use to acquire consented financial data from their business customers.
To date, over 250,000 businesses have successfully connected their accounts using Link. Your mission will be to make this experience best-in-class: seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy for millions of businesses to come.
What You Will Do
Own the Vision & Strategy: Define, articulate, and execute the product vision and strategic roadmap for Link, ensuring it aligns with business goals and company vision.
Deep Discovery: Spend significant time understanding the problems of our clients (financial service providers) and their customers (businesses) to build elegant, effective solutions.
Drive Commercial Outcomes: Establish and own the success metrics and KPIs for Link. You will be accountable for driving adoption, improving conversion, and ensuring your product delivers tangible business value.
Execute with Excellence: Lead a dedicated engineering team through the full product lifecycle. Translate strategy into an outcome-oriented roadmap, define clear requirements, and partner with engineering to deliver high-quality features.
Be the Glue: Act as the central point of contact for Link across the business. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Lead & Mentor: While this role begins as a senior individual contributor, we expect you to be a leader within the product organisation and potentially manage direct reports as the team grows.
