We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the coordination and execution of new feature development across our Engineering and Machine Learning teams. This role is critical to our mission, focusing on enhancing our products with features that prioritize Generative AI's security, safety, and compliance. Your expertise in project management, technical scoping, and agile methodologies will be instrumental in driving projects from concept to launch, ensuring they align with DynamoFL's strategic goals and industry standards.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects focusing on the development of new features related to Generative AI security, safety, and compliance.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and machine learning teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Facilitate agile and scrum practices, organizing sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency in project execution.
• Serve as a point of communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and adjustments.
• Identify potential project risks and obstacles, developing mitigation strategies to prevent delays or impacts on project quality.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record in technical program management, ideally with experience in Generative AI, cybersecurity, or compliance projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp), with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to articulate product requirements to technical teams of engineers and data scientists.
• A proactive approach to project management, with a focus on delivering results and achieving project milestones.
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies is a plus
