FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in downtown Vancouver, FISPAN is on a mission to create the best product in the FinTech industry and fundamentally change the way that companies bank. Being the market leader in ERP Banking, we work with the world’s Tier 1 banks with assets exceeding $3T, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD and Bank of Montreal.

We're scaling rapidly post-Series B, and our technology is complex, innovative, and deeply impactful. We’re looking for a builder who shares our Passion and Grit to help us grow our Engineering, Product and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• 4–5 years of experience as a QA engineer with a strong focus on automation.
• Design and maintain scalable, end-to-end automation frameworks for backend APIs (Java-based), using technologies like Rest Assured, Junit, Mockito etc.
• Define, execute and maintain test plans for complex microservices architectures, covering functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.

• Conduct manual end to end tests in collaboration with bank partners in our lower environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling to run and maintain E2E tests.
• Familiarity with UI test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Solid understanding of microservices, JSON/XML, and how distributed systems communicate. Good understanding of security protocols like OAuth, SSL/TLS etc.
• Nice to have experience working with ERPs (e.g. Netsuite or Quickbooks Online).
• Nice to have experience working with banks or in the fintech space.
• High-level experience working with cloud platforms and technologies like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams
• Collaborative experience working closely with developers to ensure QA is fully integrated into the development lifecycle
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools.

Compensation Package

FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $98,040 - $105,620 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
