Position Overview

As FISPAN’s Content Marketing Manager, you will take on full ownership of the content strategy and execution for the organization. You will oversee the production of all content across multiple platforms, and ensure that content supports the broader marketing and business objectives. It is essential that you bring strong business writing skills, including subject matter expertise in accounting, payments, ERP or banking, and experience writing for B2B financial services. This role includes content planning, website management, and performance optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Deliver all marketing content - from writing, editing, and quality assurance
  • Work closely with the Executive Team, Marketing, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure bank and channel partners have all the assets and collateral needed to support their growing functions
  • Conduct in-depth content audits and optimize content for SEO and performance
  • Monitor content KPIs (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide regular performance reports to leadership
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to create content that aligns with business goals
  • Manage editorial calendars and ensure the timely delivery of content
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and new technologies
  • Collaborate with the PR team on the strategy and execution of our social media content calendar

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in content strategy, planning, and team management
  • Subject matter expertise in payments, ERP or banking
  • B2B financial services writing experience
  • Strong leadership and work ethic
  • Basic SEO knowledge and content performance tracking
  • Ability to tie content strategy to measurable business outcomes

Compensation Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $82,200-$96,580 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
