Role Overview
As a Product Enablement Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Your mission is to translate complex financial technology into clear, digestible, and engaging content. Whether you are drafting a technical Product Guide, building a training module, or helping manage product launch materials, you will play a key role in ensuring our partners and clients understand the full power of FISPAN’s platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Documentation: Draft, edit, and maintain high-quality Product Guides and "How-To" articles that help users navigate our embedded banking tools.
- Training Content Creation: Support the development of training materials, including slide decks, videos, product tours, and interactive modules for our internal teams and bank partners.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing the lifecycle of enablement projects, ensuring that documentation is updated in sync with new product releases.
- Internal Knowledge Base: Help organize and optimize our internal "Source of Truth" (LMS or documentation) to ensure information is easy to find and accurate.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product teams to "translate" technical features into enablement materials for users.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback on existing training materials and documentation to identify areas for improvement or clarification.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Current Student: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Business, Communications, Computer Science, or English/Professional Writing preferred).
- Strong Communicator: You have a knack for explaining complex ideas simply. Your writing is clear, concise, and professional.
- Tech Savvy: You aren't afraid to dive into a new software platform or ERP. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or any LMS is a major plus.
- Organizational Whiz: You can manage multiple tasks at once and have a high attention to detail (you’re the person who catches the typo everyone else missed).
- Proactive Learner: You are curious about FinTech and eager to understand how global banking infrastructure works.
- Location: Ability to work from our downtown Vancouver office (Guinness Tower).
Bonus Points
- Experience with screen-recording/video editing tools (e.g., Google Vids, Vimeo, Adobe).
- An interest in Project Management frameworks (Agile, Scrum).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or tutoring role.

Compensation Package
FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $3,000-$4,000 monthly; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
