Our Business

FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in downtown Vancouver, FISPAN is on a mission to create the best product in the FinTech industry and fundamentally change the way that companies bank. Being the market leader in ERP Banking, we work with the world’s Tier 1 banks with assets exceeding $3T, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD and Bank of Montreal.

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey.

Position Overview

As FISPAN’s Senior Marketing Graphic Designer, you will be the bridge between brand aesthetics and conversion performance. You are a visual strategist who understands how design influences user behavior. You will take full ownership of our web presence and design high-converting ad assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Support: Manage the visual elements of the content calendar. Provide high-quality assets for blog posts, email marketing campaigns, PR kits, and investor newsletters.
  • Event & Brand Presence: Develop high-impact materials for in-person and virtual events, including large-scale booth graphics, banners, and digital signage that maintain brand authority in a crowded hall.
  • Web & Digital Development: Build and launch high-converting landing pages from scratch using WordPress and the Elementor plugin. Optimize layouts for mobile responsiveness and user journey flow.
  • Conversion-Centric Design (UI/UX): Apply UI/UX principles to create digital assets and web layouts designed to drive conversions through paid ads and organic traffic.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Demonstrate a data-driven approach by designing multiple variations of assets for A/B testing (e.g., different CTAs, hero images, or ad layouts) to identify what resonates best with our B2B audience.
  • Motion Design Support: Provide organized vectorized assets and detailed storyboards to the motion design team to streamline the production of promotional videos and product walkthroughs.
  • Modern Design Workflow: Utilize a "hybrid" toolset—using Adobe Creative Suite for deep design work while leveraging Canva or other modern AI/design tools for rapid asset creation and team collaboration.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience as an In-house Graphic Designer or Brand Designer. Proven track requirement in the Tech, Fintech, or SaaS sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple project deadlines.
  • Technical Web Skills: Expert-level proficiency in WordPress and Elementor. Ability to build pages without needing a developer for CSS/HTML tweaks.
  • Conversion Design: Proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio that shows how your designs led to increased conversion rates or lower bounce rates.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret A/B test results and translate data into improved design iterations.
  • Asset Architecture: Proficiency in creating clean, scalable SVGs and clear storyboards for motion graphics handoffs.
  • Software Mastery: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Envato, and Canva (for agile marketing execution).
  • B2B Branding: Experience designing for "high-trust" industries (Fintech, Banking, or SaaS) where professional polish is paramount.
  • Print Production & Management: Deep understanding of print production workflows, including prepping files for large-format printing, color management (Pantone/CMYK), and working with various substrates (vinyl, fabric, acrylic). Liaise with external vendors and print shops to ensure technical specifications (bleed, margin, material choice) are met, ensuring high-quality output for physical brand touch points.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or Figma AI plugins) to accelerate the creative brainstorming and asset extension process will be a plus.

Contract Details: This is a 14-month contract role, expected to start in Mid-June 2026 and conclude in September 2027.
