As a member of the Commercial team, the Senior B2B Marketing Specialist will execute high-impact programs that support new client acquisition and existing client success. Key responsibilities include developing and executing impactful B2B demand generation marketing programs including orchestrating Greenlight’s presence at industry events, producing targeted content for financial institutions, and nurturing leads at various stages of the pipeline.
The role partners closely with the Sales and Client Success teams to build pipeline, support existing relationships, and position Greenlight as the industry leader. The Senior B2B Marketing Specialist is accountable for performance measurement, disciplined execution, and continuous optimization while identifying new opportunities.
This position reports to the Director, Partner Success.
Your day-to-day:
- Work alongside Sales, DTC Marketing and Client Success to establish B2B marketing priorities and project plans.
- Execute on industry events: vendor outreach, booth execution, speaker logistics, and both pre and post-event lead outreach.
- Coordinate PR between partners and our internal PR department and external agency. Work closely with the internal social media team for content distribution and increasing awareness.
- Create case studies with existing clients to leverage with Sales for outreach and top of funnel growth. Maintain project documentation and operating plans.
- Manage Client and Prospect SWAG and Holiday gifting in line with a budget.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 3-6 years of experience working in a marketing role focused on B2B demand generation.
- Extensive experience with planning and executing industry tradeshows and other events.
- Experience in a B2B Saas company, financial services preferred but not required.
- Ability to be a creative thinker who is motivated and excited to be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on growth and driving optimizations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Location: We are currently prioritizing candidates who are based in the greater Boston, Massachusetts or Atlanta, Georgia area.
