The Manager, Professional Services will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of our software solutions to our customers. This team member will be responsible for ensuring that all software implementation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
Manages a team of other Technical Project Managers. All managerial and HR duties are owned by the Solution Delivery Manager.
Manage the delivery of our software solutions to customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to ensure that project scopes and timelines are accurately defined and communicated to customers.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all project milestones are met and risks are proactively identified and mitigated.
Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, including customers, project teams, and senior management.
Ensure that project documentation is created and maintained, including project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
Manage project resources, including external vendors, ensuring that they are utilized effectively and efficiently.
Continuously improve our delivery methodology and processes, ensuring that we are delivering best-in-class solutions to our customers.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software delivery or project management, preferred.
Proven track record of delivering software solutions on time and within budget.
Experience managing customer relationships and expectations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholders.
Experience with SaaS solutions, preferred.
At MX, we utilize a hybrid work model, which allows us to attract top talent and increase impact through collaboration. Our team members enjoy a balance of remote work and in-office days. Travel expectations for remote employees is about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees will utilize in-office time on a weekly basis Tuesday through Thursday. The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $129,500 to $155,5000.This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
