The Technical Project Manager oversees software integrations, codes up to RESTful APIs, and onboards new clients in an agile environment while ensuring the successful execution and hand off projects.

Job Duties

  • Lead complex projects involving software integrations with top Financial Institutions and Fintech companies.

  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.

  • Develop expertise in MX products, guiding clients and influencing product development.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with the MX Product and Engineering teams.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business and functional requirements, ensuring tailored solutions.

  • Develop and execute intricate project plans, closely monitoring milestones and reporting to stakeholders.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance integration efficiency.

  • Proactively assess risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and manage project contingencies.

  • Drive cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver new features.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.

  • Proven experience in a SaaS company with an agile environment.

  • Proficiency in API testing tools such as POSTman.

  • Track record of working with vendor test data and resolving complex API issues.

  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry or substantial related experience.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead and mentor.

  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth.


Work Environment
At MX, we utilize a hybrid work model, which allows us to attract top talent, provide work-life balance, and increase productivity through collaboration. Our team members enjoy a balance of remote work and monthly in-person collaboration meetings. Travel expectations are about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees are encouraged to utilize in-office time on a weekly basis. CompensationThe expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $81,000 to 97,000. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
