We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Duties

  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide general administrative support to the HR & Talent Acquisition team as well as select C-level officers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and other administrative tasks as needed

    • Support the people operations and talent teams in conducting orientations and other trainings for employees as needed.

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job postings on internal and external platforms.

  • Support the Executive Assistants with company events.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures.

  • Help coordinate training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Track employee training and development activities.

  • Support the corporate sponsorship program to manage tasks and track cases and intake sponsored employee inquiries.

  • HRIS Support:

    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

    • Review and process Workday tasks related to personnel changes.

    • Assist in generating HR reports on key metrics and trends to assist in decision-making. Compile and analyze data related to HR functions.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Assist the HRBP team with employee relations matters on an as needed basis.

    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events, as well as interviews for potential investigations.

  • Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

    • Maintain compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

    • Understand the Team Member Handbook and other HR policies to be able to respond to employee inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related administrative roles is preferred.

  • General knowledge of human resources operations and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools (preferably Workday).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Work Environment

At MX, we utilize a hybrid work model, which allows us to attract top talent and increase impact through collaboration. Our team members enjoy a balance of remote work and in-office days. Travel expectations for remote employees is about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees will utilize in-office time on a weekly basis Tuesday through Thursday. Both local and remote employees can take advantage of our incredible office space with onside perks like company-paid meals, onsite massage therapist, golf simulator, and meditation room to name a few.

Compensation

The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $61,000 to $73,000.

This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
