At MX, we believe that meaningful progress comes from data-driven clarity, mission alignment, and execution grounded in trust. We're looking for a Revenue Performance Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution to help us accelerate performance across our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.

In this high-impact role, you’ll be a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing—championing the systems, insights, and processes that drive accountability, visibility, and results. You’ll own key operational levers like forecast accuracy, pipeline inspection, and performance analytics, helping us scale with Purposeful Contribution and precision.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a Founder Mindset—a builder, optimizer, and collaborator who can turn raw data into strategic direction and embed best practices across the entire revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Forecast Confidence: Lead pipeline inspection and drive accountability to ensure pacing toward quota across segments.

  • Build Visibility: Design and maintain dashboards, leaderboards, and KPI frameworks that give real-time clarity to Sales and GTM teams.

  • Elevate Prioritization: Develop account and contact scoring models to enhance outreach focus and engagement quality.

  • Govern with Trust: Own the implementation and governance of Rules of Engagement (ROEs) to ensure alignment and reduce friction across teams.

  • Strengthen the Funnel: Partner with Marketing to optimize lead handoff processes and improve top-of-funnel efficiency.

  • Surface Insights: Analyze GTM performance trends and provide actionable recommendations to drive campaign performance and team enablement.

  • Support Strategic Planning: Provide insights and prep for QBRs, GTM reviews, and top account strategy sessions.

  • Reinforce Best Practices: Collaborate with Enablement to improve pipeline hygiene through training and coaching—modeling Cognizance and shared learning.

  • Streamline Sales Stages: Ensure consistency across the funnel to increase forecast accuracy and reduce noise.

  • Enable GTM Agility: Provide operational support for campaign launches, process changes, and go-to-market rollouts—embracing Iterative Innovation in how we go to market.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or similar GTM roles

  • 8+ years working with pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting in tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Domo, etc.

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights that inform executive decision-making

  • Experience implementing or governing sales processes, ROEs, and lead scoring systems

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with clear, confident communication skills

  • Comfortable driving change and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
