As a Senior Deployment Lead, you'll spearhead the implementation of Nova Credit's suite of products—Credit Passport®, Cash Atlas™, and Income Navigator—for our strategic accounts. Your work will directly impact our global revenue growth and advance our mission to power a more fair and inclusive financial system for the world.
Success in this role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with technical and business stakeholders. Drawing on our experience with leading clients like American Express, Verizon, and HSBC, you'll ensure implementations meet and exceed client expectations. You'll work across client organizations—from technology teams to marketing and credit risk policy stakeholders—to drive successful product deployment and integration.
Internally, you'll orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deliver implementations that are on time, on-scope, and positioned for revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple complex deployments simultaneously, and excels at stakeholder management.
This is a full-time position based on the East Coast of the U.S., reporting to the Manager of Deployment in North America.

WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:

  • Understand Nova Credit’s value, business model, and products
  • Partner with customer business teams to shape business objectives and integration requirements

WITHIN THE FIRST QUARTER, YOU'LL:

  • Master our product technology, including the basics of enabling technical integration, user experience, customer acquisition, and credit risk decisioning amongst large financial institutions
  • Plan and execute customer implementations at Nova Credit’s strategic accounts
  • Measure & report on the ongoing effectiveness of respective customer launches
  • Facilitate key pre & post launch Steering Committee touchpoints with an Executive level stakeholder audience
  • Build strategic growth plans that enable our leadership team to interact with key prospects and grow an account’s overall potential

WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR, YOU'LL:

  • Successfully implement multiple deployments
  • Be directly responsible for driving significant revenue realization
  • Collaborate with Nova Credit’s Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Engineering teams - among others - to strategically influence product priorities and further improve Nova Credit’s core product features

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience as a Deployment Lead, Engagement Manager, Technical Project Manager, Management Consultant, Client Solutions or Professional Services Lead. Experience working with clients in the financial services industry is a plus
  • High autonomy in delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives - Ability to fully own your customer portfolio and make key decisions to deliver ambitious business outcomes. This includes deciding when to include our executive team in customer escalations, defining de-escalation plans, mobilizing cross-functional teams to solution customer requests, and executing a mix of high vs mid-touch engagement commensurate with the growth potential of your customers
  • Experience defining Customer Growth Plans - including the knowledge to define stakeholders, orchestrate relationships across multiple levels of business, and ensure key touchpoints are coordinated to drive ongoing account success
  • Technical implementation experience - you can configure a customer environment and explain technical concepts to business stakeholders (API, Webhook, etc). Additionally, we’ll teach you about Nova Credit’s products, but our customers and products are inherently technical, and you should have the curiosity to learn and creatively problem-solve
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - Adaptable to hybrid work settings and resourceful in a fast-paced, lean environment (wearing multiple hats)
