Peach is looking for a talented and creative Sr Growth Marketing Manager to help us bring our best-in-class loan management and servicing platform to more of our ideal customers. You’ll help us parlay our already strong momentum into a flywheel that sustains and accelerates our growth.
As Peach’s Sr Growth Marketing Manager, you will bring a track record of building and optimizing high-performing growth strategies, along with a firm grasp of up-to-date growth best practices. You will help us develop and deploy strategies to sustainably acquire and retain high-value customers. And you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a strong team of cross-functional stakeholders. You will report to our VP of Marketing.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive growth strategy to drive measurable revenue impact
  • Create and execute demand generation strategies to increase qualified pipeline
  • Own key aspects of the website, email campaigns and nurtures, SEO, social and advertising, events
  • Own and manage key aspects of our marketing tech stack
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing and Customer Experience.
  • Manage growth reporting and analytics
  • Oversee, test and optimize paid Marketing spendIn addition, you may be asked to temporarily help manage other key facets of our Marketing efforts for a teammate on leave

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Humility, creativity and thoughtfulness—crafting and testing strategies that are most effective for Peach’s specific goals and context.
  • A deep understanding of search engine optimization, implementing best practices to enhance organic reach and visibility.
  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation and other relevant software tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of current growth marketing trends and best practices.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
