Manager of the Product Implementation Manager Team
As the Manager of the Product Implementation Manager (PIM) Team, your pivotal responsibilities will be to oversee the PIM team, maintain strong client partnerships, and optimize the execution of projects. You will work directly with Product Implementation Managers to mentor and guide them on a daily basis. This senior-level position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to ensure successful on time project delivery. You will join a talented Client Solutions team that includes Client Success Managers, Conversational AI Designers, and Software Engineers that all work together, with you and the PIM team, to partner effectively with our clients to build and customize conversational AI products that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of product implementation managers, providing guidance,
  • support and mentorship
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the PIM team
  • Promote professional development and growth opportunities for the PIM team
  • Be an expert on Posh products, understanding not only how users interact with them but also how they are built and function on the backend
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align product implementation strategies
  • Oversee daily activities of the PIM team and provide direction and guidance as needed
  • Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to implementation requirements
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions
  • Serve as a point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks and opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall project management capabilities
  • Provide voice of the client input to our CS and Product Engineering teams to help Posh prioritize product implementation and improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a Senior Project Management role, Client Management role or similar role at a SaaS company, in Fintech, and/or at a financial institution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills plus interpersonal skills with proven ability to build strong, trusting client relationships
  • Proven experience managing a team of project or client managers
  • Extensive experience in client/project management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
  • Proactive and self-motivated to identify a problem and find a solution
  • Client-oriented mindset to ensure we always keep ultimate client partnership goals in mind when building process or tools
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive insights and improvements
  • Expertise in Jira, Salesforce, Tableau, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

Bonus points

  • Experience with conversational AI
  • Experience in financial services
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are desirable
  • Experience using or building data reports and insights with Tableau
