About the Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to support and execute the operational processes that keep our go-to-market engine running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support the quote-to-cash lifecycle, manage internal sales requests, assist with RFPs and security questionnaires, and help maintain accurate reporting and operational hygiene. You’ll play a key role in ensuring deals move efficiently from quote through billing while supporting internal stakeholders with timely, high-quality execution.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with exposure to core revenue operations processes. You’ll partner closely with the VP of Operations and gain experience across sales operations, revenue workflows, and cross-functional collaboration in a growing SaaS environment.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Support / Assist with the quote-to-cash process, including quotes, contracts, approvals, and handoffs to billing and finance
  • Execute / Manage incoming internal sales and revenue-related requests through defined workflows and intake processes
  • Coordinate / Help manage customer-facing diligence requests, including RFPs and security questionnaires, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Maintain / Support sales and revenue reporting by helping ensure data accuracy, CRM hygiene, and operational consistency
  • Partner / Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues related to billing, receivables, and deal execution
  • Contribute / Assist with special projects focused on improving sales processes, workflows, and operational efficiency

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related role (SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with systems and tools such as CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and workflow or revenue management systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when coordinating across teams
  • A willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned processes and workflows
  • Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and clarity
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations
